Champion Force Athletics is a youth athletic organization with programs across multiple states in the U.S. As a freelance Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist for Champion Force of Michigan, I manage social media pages for the Michigan branch and support 90+ individual program Facebook pages. I work closely with the CFA social media department to maintain brand consistency, grow engagement, and increase Champion Force’s digital footprint.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and refreshing branded social media templates for head coaches to use in local marketing efforts

• Creating promotional flyers tailored to each program for use across digital platforms

• Redesigning signage and event banners to better align with company branding and messaging

• Collaborating with the CFA social media team to build and maintain a strategic content calendar for the main company page

• Developing engaging, on-brand content that resonates with current athletes and families while attracting new participants

• Building and managing digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, to increase lead generation through targeted geographic and demographic strategies

• Assisting in streamlining marketing operations throughout Michigan using tools such as Google Drive, Notion, and other organizational systems
