We showcased their award-winning meals and personalized customer service through high-quality photos, reels, and strategically timed posts. To amplify the company’s message, we utilized Instagram stories and customer reviews to build trust and highlight the full experience, from initial inquiry to the final bite.

Through a combination of custom-designed graphics, strategic hashtags, and user-generated content, we told the full story of Celebrity Catering’s elite service and exclusive experience.

PROFILE AESTHETIC

First things first

We wanted their social media to look as good as their service tastes. Celebrity Catering was aiming for a sleek, modern, and professional vibe to match their namesake, where 5-star service and 5-star flavor are the standard.

We leaned into a darker, more elevated color palette to create that sleek feel and brought consistency to the main grid with intentional post types. A profile banner helped set the tone right away, making sure their services were crystal clear to anyone visiting the page for the first time.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

Community management isn’t just about answering DMs … it’s about building conversations and sparking real connections.

Along with handling daily comment replies and direct messages (because fast, thoughtful responses matter), we also went a step further: weekly proactive community engagement.

This meant intentionally reaching out to new audiences, interacting beyond just our followers, and expanding the brand’s visibility, organically.
